The West Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has a new place to call home, one designed to bring people together, strengthen relationships, and support the organization’s continued impact throughout West Michigan.
Custer partnered with the West Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce to help furnish its new headquarters, bringing together a range of solutions to support the organization’s people, work, and mission. The result is an environment that balances functionality with a welcoming feel, creating a place where the Chamber can work, connect, and continue serving businesses and communities across the region.
Throughout the headquarters, thoughtfully furnished spaces support a variety of needs and experiences. From focused work and everyday conversations to collaboration, meetings, and community gatherings, the environment provides flexibility for the different ways people use the space. Each setting contributes to a workplace that feels professional and purposeful while remaining approachable and inviting.

To support that variety, Custer brought together products from a diverse group of manufacturers, including Steelcase, Viccarbe, West Elm, National Public Seating, Bolia, Blu Dot, Moooi, AMQ, MergeWorks, Jonti-Craft, and Smith System. The mix of workplace and ancillary solutions helps create choice throughout the headquarters while maintaining a cohesive experience.
For the Chamber, the purpose of the new headquarters extends beyond day-to-day work. It is a place where relationships can grow, ideas can be exchanged, businesses can find support, and members of the community can come together. Creating spaces that accommodate those different moments helps the Chamber make the most of its new home while supporting the people who use it every day.

That larger purpose made the project a natural fit for Custer. By helping create an environment centered on people, connection, and flexibility, Custer supported the Chamber in establishing a headquarters that reflects both its work today and its vision for the future.
The result is more than a new workplace. It is a home base for continued growth, connection, and opportunity, giving the West Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce a space that supports its mission and the community it serves.
Because great communities come together in great spaces.
