Custer collaborated with The Cancer and Hematology Centers to craft a transformative space at their new facility in Big Rapids, Michigan.
With a focus on enhancing patient experience and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere, this project represents a significant departure from traditional healthcare settings. Completed in June 2023, the project was brought to life with the expertise of The Christman Company in construction. The Cancer and Hematology Centers sought to create a welcoming environment that would attract new patients while providing a comfortable, non-institutional feel.
The innovative design choices, such as cozy waiting rooms and loveseats in exam rooms, reflect our commitment to creating spaces that prioritize patient comfort and well-being.
