New space promotes flexibility and efficiency

LVZ Financial Planning has recently completed a significant office transformation at their Holland, Michigan location.
The challenge LVZ faced was a space that felt outdated, unwelcoming, and inefficiently utilized. Recognizing these issues, LVZ partnered with Custer to reimagine their workspace and create a more inviting and functional environment.
Custer's solution was to open up the space by removing several walls and installing Steelcase’s Everwall, creating a more open and airy atmosphere. This transformation greatly increased natural light access, boosting the office's ambiance and energy. The redesign also improved the flow of the space, making it more conducive to collaboration and productivity.
In addition to the structural changes, Custer provided flooring solutions throughout the space and designed custom case-work for the reception area and the coffee bar. New conference rooms and additional workstations were introduced, ensuring that the office could accommodate the growing needs of LVZ's team.
By incorporating products like flex height adjustable desks and screens, as well as migration height adjustable desks, the office now promotes a modern, flexible workspace that can adapt to various work styles and preferences. This not only transformed LVZ’s office into a more welcoming and efficient space but also fostered a sense of community and innovation.
