Bloom Credit Union was preparing for a big move to a new location. This transition was not just about logistics but also a major adjustment for their employees. They aimed to create a space that was both beautiful and functional, ensuring it would boost productivity and employee satisfaction. Bloom Credit Union was intentional with every piece of furniture and design choice, ensuring both practicality and efficiency.
Custer's role was to find solutions that met Bloom Credit Union's functional and aesthetic needs while staying within budget. The new space had to accommodate various work environments, including conference rooms, a board room, private offices, open offices, a training room, filing areas, and a break room/lounge.
